1. Why can't I access the plant when logging in, and it prompts "Data error, please contact the administrator"?
Analysis:
Generally, it's caused by wrong user personal information in the database, for example, the plant address is abnormal.
Solution: The prompt will not affect the use of the inverter, nor the real-time or historical data of the platform. You can provide the user ID and plant ID to the platform operation and maintenance for further analysis.
2. Why does the account not exist and return 007 error when logging in?
Analysis:
The user has an organization code but no account, or there are two accounts for the user. Then the error will prompt when the former account is used.
Solution:
Use the correct logging information and try again.
3. After replacing the inverter, how can I accumulate the total yield of the original inverter onto the new machine?
Answer: You can use the administrator account and modify directly under the inverter control, as shown below.
